HOW LONG IS THE SESSION?

Individual counseling is from 50 to 60 minutes maximum.
Couples Counseling, Hypnosis and life coaching have different and longer durations due to the nature of the session.

DO YOU PRESCRIBE MEDICATIONS?

Heal is not a medical clinic, it consists of therapists not psychiatrists. Only medical doctors can prescribe medication.

WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG TO TAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Therapy is a journey that requires follow up, therefore our therapists cannot take appointments without making sure that they will be able to guarantee them a slot the following week. Therefore, once clients terminate therapy, counselors start taking new cases.

DO YOU OFFER WALK IN APPOINTMENTS?

Heal works only by planed appointments, so booking has to be done ahead of time.

DO YOU HAVE HOTLINE FOR EMERGENCIES?

Heal Center is not equipped to handle emergency cases, therefore if a person is in danger or a threat for himself or others, he/she should head to the nearest hospital.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE MY THERAPIST?

It depends on what are you looking for. This is why, you can check the detailed profile of all our therapists, so that you can get an idea of their backgrounds and education and make the choice you think is suitable for you.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are in Heliopolis, you could easily find us on google maps under “Heal Counseling Center”.

WHY DON’T YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND MESSAGES IMMEDIATELY?

Like any place, Heal has working hours that sometimes vary and we edit them every now and then. Our social media admins try their best to answer you as soon as they can.
