Nadeen earned her license after completing her master’s program at the Silberman School of Social Work in New York City, USA. with a focus on clinical practice with individuals and families.

Before moving to Egypt, she provided services at the Center for Integration and Advancement of New Americans (based in New York City) to individuals and families, especially in the areas of grief and loss, domestic violence and cultural challenges.
​
She also worked at Human First Inc. in New York providing at home mobile crisis intervention to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on behavior modification.
Moreover, she provided individual, collateral, and family therapy to students at the satellite mental health clinic based within Maspeth High School in New York City.
Nadeen is experienced in working with those who deal with anxiety, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder as well as with individuals and/or families with members experiencing behavioral concerns.
Nadeen uses an Eclectic approach with various intervention techniques, especially psycho-education, cognitive restructuring, exposure and response prevention, narrative therapy, and strength-based practice.
Throughout the years, Nadeen strives to promote quality of life for those she serves. She is passionate about working with adolescents and young adults with a focus on strength-based practice. Despite her experience she actively participates in continuing education courses as part of licensing requirements as well as professional development.
